By using our webshop, visitors accept Floby Överskottslager AB and Shopify's terms and conditions.

Purchase terms

When ordering, the customer accepts our terms and conditions.
Minimum age 18 years/approval of guardian, confirmed by the customer when ordering.
Unforeseen events beyond Floby Överskottslager AB's control are considered force majeure.
We reserve the right to final sales and price changes.
Any price changes do not apply to orders already placed.
In the shopping cart you can see the total price including VAT, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Product information

As many of our products are no longer manufactured and therefore cannot be re-acquired, this will result in these items being removed from the range.
The products may vary slightly in appearance and condition from the images on the product pages, as these are sample images.
Some wooden-handled tools may have some play as the wood has shrunk from long-term storage. Minor signs of long-term storage may occur on many of our items, even if unused. 
Used items are sold in their current condition. A description of expected condition is provided on the product page for the specific item, textiles may vary slightly in size and color (different shrinkage).
Due to military impregnation and long-term storage in warehouses, some items may have a special "military smell" (all used textiles are washed, however, unless otherwise stated in the description) and leather goods/details may feel somewhat stiff/dry (here we recommend leather care before use). 

VAT
Swedish VAT 25% is included in the prices listed on the website. For orders to other countries, any applicable VAT is calculated after the country for receiving delivery has been selected at checkout. 

Floby Överskottslager AB reserves the right to change information, prices, terms and conditions, etc. without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect stock balance of a product, it will be removed from the order and a refund/replacement product will be offered. For example, an item may be sold out in our physical store and not updated on our webshop.
