Right of return/right of withdrawal

We want our customers to feel secure when they shop with us, which is why we offer a 30-day open purchase (does not apply to underwear/swimwear and specially adapted products).
Contact us at Floby Överskottslager for return instructions and any return shipping label before you return your shipment.
Right of withdrawal/right of return applies within 30 days after receipt of the item.
The product must be in the same condition as upon receipt to avoid value deduction.
The customer is responsible for any cost of return shipping (free returns when dropped off at our store). When using a return shipping label from us, the refund amount for the returned items will be reduced by the actual return shipping cost (based on weight and volume).
If the return is approved, we offer a refund/credit or exchange for another item with the same value.

Returns

If the item is not in the same condition/damaged upon return as upon delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the purchase price or refuse a refund.
